Refund and Return Policy
In the event that you would like to cancel your order prior to shipment we are happy to refund the entire order amount and cancel your order. Any damaged items or discrepancies in your order must be reported within 30 days of receipt of the shipment, please contact us by email or 1-888-550-4480 for more information. We always want to ensure that you receive the correct items and that they arrive without damage and will do what we can to correct any mistakes or problems. Unopened and unused items may be returned with our authorization at the customer's expense for a refund of the cost of the product less a 15% restocking fee. Unopened items need to arrive back undamaged in order to receive a refund if you are returning them because you changed your mind and don't want the items.
