Our whole egg powder is a versatile product that you will want to have in your food storage. Whole egg is easy to bake with just add it to your recipes with the amount of water and proceed with the next step.
Should be stored in cool dark place at 60° F or less for storage.
Ingredients: Dried pasteurized whole eggs.
Packaged in a plant that handles milk, wheat, eggs, soy, and tree nut products. This should not be used in raw or uncooked food recipes such as egg nog, salad dressing or ice cream.
Directions: To reconstitute, add water gradually while blending smooth with wire whips or fork. For each egg, add 2 tbsp. of egg powder with 2 1/2 tbsp. water. To scramble, cook over low heat stirring constantly. For baking, blend with dry ingredients and add water with other liquid in recipe.
